| Cancellation Policy | |
If the booking is canceled within 3 days the date of arrival direction is deemed entitled to withdraw the amount corresponding to the price of one night for each room booked. If you choose a tariff PRE-PAID and NON-REFUNDABLE the hotel is entitled to charge the entire amount at the time of booking. This amount is not refundable in case of cancellation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
