• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room, per night and include buffet breakfast, all tax and service.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, an American buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible to settle the bill on arrival for the whole period of stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is three floor high and there is a Lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, and almost 50% lies with a charming view of the Campo San Zaccaria and homonimous Church.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Not for the moment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  No, but in Venice is not necessary to have a car.
