  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, but in Lido there is a municipal swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, internal and free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzale Roma Car Terminal.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The international airport Marco Polo is situated in Tessera, 12 km by car and 10 km by motorboat from Venezia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 45 minutes by public waterboat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  In St. Mark's Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  "Lido", 10 minutes from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  From "Marco Polo" Venice Airport
  The "Alilaguna Company" is in charge for the service connecting the airport with Lido.
  There is a departure in connection with the main arrivals flights and takes circa 50 mins to reach Lido main boat stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
