- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: from midday. Check-out: before 11.00 am. Baggage storage is available free of charge. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our rates are per room, per night and include continental breakfast buffet, all tax and service. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, continental breakfast buffet. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating and air conditioning are free of charge. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you so wish. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, French, Spanish. All during office hours only. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator, but we have a spiral staircase with 20 steps. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the rooms are extremely quiet, due also to the double-glazed windows and to the fact that the main street is quite far away. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
You do not need to bring your own linens/towels as we provide them for you. Your room is serviced daily. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Most rooms on the ground floor have private patios and there is a cosy garden surrounding Villa Paradiso. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most rooms on the ground floor have private patios. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The entire Villa Paradiso is a no-smoking environment. Smoking is only allowed in the garden, when othere guests are not present. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Satellite TV is available for free in all the rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Telephone with direct dialling is in all rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, heating and air conditioning are free of charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, I am sorry, but there is a lovely trattoria just steps away, that can accomodate large tables too. We will be happy to organise this service for you. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Only for Recetion/Office use. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Not in Villa Paradiso, but there is a public one only 5 minutes by bus. - Is parking or garage available?
Villa Paradiso is in a cul-de-sac with plenty of off-street parking space. In addition there are two parking spaces in our chained driveway. - Where can we rent a car?
All the major rental companies are in Venice. We will be happy to organise this service for you. - Which is the nearest airport?
The airport of Venice is called MARCO POLO and its airport code is VCE. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Not yet. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The railway station of Venice is Called Santa Lucia. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
The nearest Gondola point is in St.Mark. We will be happy to organise this service for you. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
The nearest vaporetto is at 10 minutes by bus. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
The private water taxi can pick-up/drop-off directly in Malamocco. We will be happy to organise this service for you. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are very welcome but they must be properly trained and they must not disturb the other guests or the neighbours. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No restaurant in Villa Paradiso, but trattorias, bars, restaurants and shops are available close by. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
