A pleasant stay in a nice moden room. ... I would recommend it to a friend - probably best suited to couples with no children, as it is a 10 minute bus ride from the waterbus stop.

Room was beautiful and spacious, but not very clean. ... The hotel is a lovely and quiet retreat far from the hussel and bussel of Venice. It seemed the staff cater to German visitors more than American. The receptionist did not speak English, but German and Italian. The breakfast offered was anything but American. The location is charming, nestled between residences, alley ways with alters to the Virgin Mary, cobble-stone and gravel roads. The bus trip after the boat ride is a little much after a full day.

We arrived late and had not eaten, no food available. Why do you call this an 'Hotel'?
... Why do you call this an 'Hotel'? ... No resteraunt, no bar, do dining room, very small breakfast space inside. Breakfast served at 'bird tables' No tea/coffee making facilities especially if you arrive late on an Easter Sunday. ... Very quiet, remote, just a glorified B+B Would not call it an hotel. Breakfast served at 'bird tables' Do not pay for a 3 day bus pass waste of money!

We did not know how to get to the hotel once we got off the bus. But when we found it we were pleasantly surprised. It was an oasis! It was quite beautiful & very clean & quite large. The hostesses were very nice & we LOVED the buffet breakfasts they provided. We look forward to coming back...someday & staying there again. Thank you so much!!!!!!! ... I would describe which bus to take, then how to get from the bus stop to the hotel. Luckily, we found someone who understood us a little & could point us in the direction we were to be going. ... Absolutely! And we have!

The picture of the accommodation on the web site, was not like the room we got. I think some of your other rooms look like it. I was a bit disappointed as we should have had first choice, as we booked such a long time ago. Our room did not even have a nice view. We were put on the side of the hotel. ... Fair. Maybe if we had one of the nice rooms, my feeling would be different.

There was no problem with checking out as this was done the day before departure. ... A charming, scienic, quiet location. ... Clean, fresh, basic accommodation in a charming, quiet area of the village. The staff and locals were very pleasant as well as helpful and it didn't feel like a 'holiday' location. The fact that few people spoke English and we had to try to speak a little Italian added to the enjoyment of the break.
The local bus was frequent and gave access to either the beach or the vaparetto stations.
The Venice Lido was a perfect location from which to visit the sites of Venice or take a day or two to crash out on the beach and top up the tan.
