• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. We can arrange a Welcome Pack Service.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating and air conditioning are inclueded in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, our guests always settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Both apartments are located on the ground floor.
  To get in there are only 3 steps.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartments are very romantic!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bathroom towels, bed-sheets, pillow cases and blankets are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each apartment but with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge in both apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest car park is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at the main car park terminal Piazzale Roma there are many car rental companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo, 12 Kms far from the center of Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange a water taxi to pick you up directly to the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There is a "Gondola Station" at 2 minutes far away the apartments.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto is Sant'Angelo,stop numer 1 on the Grand Canal.It is 2 min. far away the apartments.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboat station is Sant'Angelo, on the Grand Canal.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No,there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many "Bacari", typical Venetian restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No,you can not.
