The young man helped us get our many pieces of luggage from the water arrival spot to the bed and breakfast which was equilivant to several blocks! Very much appreciated!

A very reasonable, friendly, nice, and good location to stay while in Venice. The room was quite roomy as well as the bathroom.

Although there was somebody there to meet us upon our arrival. There was nobody around throughout our stay. Even the person who prepred the breakfast came and ran out by the time that we even got to the table. It wasn't terrible but there were a couple of times that we needed to contact someone for information and it was impossible. An intercom or phone, linked to the main office would have been extremely helpful.

The one thing that I did find useful was that there was a public laundermat in the San Marco area. It was clean, easy to find and made travelling with children a breeze. This may not be an important feature to most but it was to us.
Another thing was how great they were after our stay. My son had left his wallet in the room and didn't realize until we have gotten to our next destination city. They promptly returned his wallet to our home address in the US. It's wonderful to meet honest and caring people. Thank you.

The voucher said 2 double beds and we received 1 double and a single which wasn't a problem as there were just 3 of us.
Phoning for instructions to meet someone worked well except I was not familiar with the phone system in Venice and had difficulty finding someone to help me. I had to buy a phone card for local calls and didn't have any use for it after that one call.

The staff were very polite and helpful when we saw them. There was no way to reach them once we had arrived as their office was some ways from the B&B and no way to contact them otherwise.
The voucher said there was a free trip to Murano which was true in that it was free to get there and not to return. Again we managed without difficulty but for some people this could be difficult. It should be stated that the trip gets you there, not back.

We had to leave very early for our flight and the staff left us breakfast the night before which was very thoughtful.

Very clean, nicely renovated and well located to see all of Venice within walking distance. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to be close to most of the sites as long as they are fairly independent and can walk up a number of stairs.

Any confusion was just being in a new airport and not knowing the vaparetto stops precisely. The receptionist could be a little more familiar with the airport and where to go, but we got there.

I think there might have been a language barrier with the person in the mornings, so I don't want to assume anything. But everything was good, and the room was exactly what we expected and were looking for.

I can't remember if it listed the vaparetto stop or not. Directions from the airport could be clearer maybe.

Spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. Perfect location. Good Service. I would consider staying there again.

Zaguri B&B was fully booked, so they arranged an alternative accommodation in a flat. We were taken to the ZB&B to store luggage until the flat was available. We were escorted to the flat at that time.

We were given a nice, quiet, well-located one-bedroom flat for the same price as a room in ZB&B.

Didn't check out -- had prepaid, and simply left the key in the flat.

Should warn that need to climb flights of stairs to reach ZB&B (and also our flat).

The owner of the property contacted us by email prior to us leaving Australia to arrange for somebody to be there to meet us.
This was appreciated but would have been a problem if Venice was not our first stop. If we had left Australia earlier we may have missed his email

We had to leave prior to the commencement of breakfast. The staff arranged for small breakfast to be made available for us prior to our early departure which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful location! The owner was extremely helpful about great restaurants, etc. The room was really well appointed and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ready every morning at 9 am, which was perfect for us. We will definitely go back!

Came on a boat from Fusina so did not reach the designated boat-stop, still found the place using a map with not too much difficulty though venice is a little bit of a maze.

Very welcoming, any problems fixed quickly, nice room, pretty spacious and as it had looked in the photos. Overall, a great place to stay for a good price in San Marco.

There is no on-site receptionist, so you need to telephone the Zaguri to let them know you are arriving, or you may not get in.

This is a great place with regards to the rooms and location, but there are no on-site personnel which makes the checking in, arranging for breakfast times etc. a little difficult, especially as there was no phone in the room and we had to go out to a pay phone to contact the hotel staff.
