• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building of the apartment there is 2 floors without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, it is a quiet, private and romantic apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment has a nice small terrace looking the cozy garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartment has a nice small terrace looking the cozy garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  It is a non smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV, but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The apartment has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in apartment there is the air condition, seasonale and included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The apartment does not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated 15 minutes walking in Campo Santo Stefano or 5 minutes walking near the rialto Bridge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The apartment is located 20 minutes walking from Swimming Pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The apartment is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The apartment is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The apartment is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and at 60 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Apartment does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 10 minute by public waterbus from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 2 minute walking from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station is situated at 2 minute walking from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats is situated at 5 minute walking from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the apartment has an equipped kitchen and all around there are many restaurants and bars.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the room but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated near at Rialto Bridge.
