• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 8am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), plum-cakes, several kinds of joghurt, fruit juices, bread, several kinds of marmelades, honey, butter, cheese, cornflakes and free scrumbbled eggs.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff in Hotel Zecchini has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Zecchini consists in three floors and we have no elevator. On request we do our best to accomodate our kind guests on the floor they prefer.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The bedrooms in hotel Zecchini are very clean, welcoming, quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have a terrace, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into at any time.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have balcony, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into at any time.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Hotel Zecchini has smoking and non smoking bedrooms, the guests just have to let us known their preference and we will accomodate them in the rooms ther prefer.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In Hotel Zecchini all bedrooms have satellite televisions with several international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In Hotel Zecchini all bedrooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only some bedrooms in Hotel Zecchini have air conditioning, guests just have to let us known if they want a room with or without airconditioning when they make reservation and and we will accomodate them in the rooms ther prefer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Hotel Zecchini does not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just in front of the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 10 minutes walking from the hotel there is a swimming pool which is open from 9,00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Hotel Zecchini is situated at 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. Guest just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help you to find the best accommodation for your cars.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Hotel Zecchini is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and Hotel Zecchini is situated at 55 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to Hotel Zecchini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 1 minute walking from Hotel Zecchini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 1 minute walking from Hotel Zecchini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, but the restaurant is not situated inside the hotel, but in the lively Campo Santa Margherita.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the room but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just in front of Hotel Zecchini.
